Her experience spans marketing, digital, product, and all levels of creative, giving her a holistic view of what makes modern teams thrive. Her eye for talent began in her early career in fashion trend development and sourcing, where she learned to anticipate what comes next creatively, culturally, and commercially. That foundation still guides her today and inspires a thoughtful and intuitive approach to matching brands with the right people at the right moment. Based in Los Angeles and a graduate of James Madison University with a BFA in Graphic Design, Katie brings together creative sensibility and strategic clarity in everything she does.
