Conor Murphy is a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive at JPSearch, originally from the Boston area and now based in New York. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B.A. in Communications and Media Studies, Conor has long been passionate about the creative and consumer spaces. He began his career in HR and people operations at a magazine publisher and a PR agency, where he developed a strong foundation in talent strategy. In 2018, he transitioned to the agency side of recruiting, joining JPSearch to focus on what he loves most: connecting talent with compelling brands. His specialty lies in recruiting across marketing, public relations, art and creative direction, graphic design, brand strategy, and adjacent verticals.
