Cassidy Nguyen pursued a career in recruiting out of her deep passion for workplace culture and her talent for building meaningful connections between individuals and organizations. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, she takes pride in being a valuable partner to candidates, as well as to leading companies and industry leaders across fashion, beauty, wellness, health, and more. A California native, Cassidy spent time on the East Coast while earning her B.A. in Public Communications with a minor in Spanish. Three months after graduating from American University, she took a non-traditional route—moving to Madrid, Spain, to teach English and spend weekends traveling throughout Europe. When she’s not working, you can find her at a car meet admiring classic BMWs or spending time with her dogs, Lenny and Lola.
