Originally from Northeast Ohio, Anthony attended Kent State University, where he earned a degree in Fashion Merchandising and began setting his sights on building a career in a major city. That opportunity came in the form of an internship in Los Angeles, prompting a move to the West Coast and the start of his career in fashion. Anthony began in Merchandising before transitioning into Wholesale for a contemporary womenswear company. There, he gained hands-on experience working with specialty store buyers and managing wholesale accounts. As he continued to grow, Anthony moved into an Account Executive role within the junior’s clothing industry, selling to off-price retailers and department stores. When the pandemic reshaped the business, his role shifted into operations, giving him a behind-the-scenes look at how a fashion company truly functions. With experience spanning merchandising, wholesale, sales, and operations, Anthony recognized the value of his well-rounded background. He discovered he could speak to every side of the business and ultimately leveraged that perspective into a new career in recruitment.
