Amanda Levit is a proud born and raised New Yorker with a lifelong passion for building meaningful connections and helping brands thrive through exceptional talent. She began her career as a Sales Executive in the fashion industry, where she developed deep, lasting relationships and a strong understanding of the creative business landscape. After becoming a mother to two daughters, Amanda seamlessly transitioned into the staffing world, leveraging her industry expertise and network to support high-level executive searches for fashion and lifestyle brands. Her work soon expanded to include freelance and direct-hire placements, driven by her natural ability to connect with people and build high-performing teams. In 2015, Amanda co-founded The Agency Worx, a women-owned boutique staffing firm recognized for its innovative approach to recruitment across the creative, digital, marketing, fashion, beauty, and tech sectors. Under her leadership, the firm became known for its personalized service and strong client and candidate relationships. Following the acquisition of The Agency Worx in 2023, Amanda joined JP Search as EVP, Global Partnerships. In this role, she continues to bring her deep expertise in business development, relationship building, account management and recruitment to global clients partnering with forward-thinking brands to help shape and scale their teams for the future.
