Title: Visual Merchandising Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and execution of product displays to ensure strong visual branding in Specialty Retail.
- Create and update layout plans for product assortments, especially for new launches and promotions.
- Develop creative visuals for promotional areas (e.g., front-of-store displays).
- Manage project timelines with clear communication and coordination across teams.
- Handle the Visual Merchandising budget and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Work closely with various teams (sales, marketing, procurement, etc.) to maintain consistent and high-quality visual displays.
- Adhere to company policies, including safety regulations.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support business operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Art, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally in the beauty industry with retailers like Sephora.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Sketchup experience is a plus.
- Ability to communicate ideas through 2D designs and 3D renderings.
- Strong graphic design skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal, to share ideas and strategies.
Salary: $90,000- $95,000
