Title: Technical Production Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble order tech packs for garment production.
- Ensure all product information is accurate, including:
- Labels and trims
- Fiber content and care labels
- Care instructions
- Packaging requirements
- Calculate and prepare pre-packs.
- Maintain and update information using Excel and Outlook.
- Follow up with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the order process.
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
- Experience in the apparel industry is an asset.
- Knowledge of measuring garments.
- Experience preparing technical packages (tech packs).
- Understanding of labeling requirements, fiber content, and care instructions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
