Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and results-oriented store culture.
- Lead by example through active floor presence and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular performance conversations, provide ongoing feedback, and create development plans for team members.
- Drive accountability for achieving individual and store performance goals.
- Achieve and exceed sales, KPI, and profitability targets.
- Deliver an elevated customer experience that promotes client retention and brand loyalty.
- Inspire the team to build strong client relationships through personalized service and styling expertise.
- Analyze sales trends and business metrics to identify opportunities and execute action plans.
- Ensure the consistent execution of company selling standards and customer service expectations.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and labor management.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Ensure operational compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Monitor payroll, expenses, and store profitability.
- Utilize reporting and business analytics to drive decision-making and improve performance.
- Create weekly and monthly plans to maximize sales opportunities.
- Partner with district and regional leadership to support strategic initiatives.
- Maintain awareness of local market trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of retail leadership experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or equivalent role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business results.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing retail teams.
- Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in footwear, handbags, accessories, contemporary fashion, specialty retail, or luxury retail.
- Strong understanding of clienteling and relationship-based selling.
- Experience managing inventory and visual merchandising standards.
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and current retail trends.
