An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead a beautifully curated boutique for an established British heritage lifestyle brand renowned for timeless craftsmanship, elevated country-inspired collections, and exceptional customer experience.
Blending modern luxury with classic British style, the brand has cultivated a loyal international following through its refined aesthetic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. We are seeking a charismatic and commercially minded retail leader who is passionate about luxury service, client relationships, and creating a truly elevated in-store experience.
This role would suit an experienced luxury retail manager ready to take the next step into a Store Manager position, or an established manager seeking a more premium and service-led environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised luxury customer experience at all times

Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing boutique team through hands-on coaching and mentorship

Drive commercial performance while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation

Build and nurture long-term client relationships and develop a strong local client book

Ensure the boutique environment reflects the brand’s refined British heritage aesthetic and luxury positioning

Oversee all aspects of daily boutique operations including team scheduling, stock management and visual standards

Collaborate with senior leadership to support business initiatives and drive growth opportunities

Lead by example on the shop floor, embodying the brand’s values, style and service philosophy

Create a welcoming and luxurious in-store atmosphere that encourages loyalty and repeat business
About You

Previous management experience within luxury, premium or heritage fashion/lifestyle retail

Passion for British heritage brands, craftsmanship and timeless style

Naturally polished, personable and service-driven

Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of luxury clientele and boutique retail environments

Proven ability to motivate and develop teams within a customer-centric setting

A confident relationship builder with strong communication skills

Detail-oriented with a genuine passion for styling, storytelling and elevated customer experiences

Experience working within premium womenswear, menswear, accessories, lifestyle or country-inspired brands is highly desirable
