Responsibilities: The Store Manager leads the successful, efficient, and profitable operation of our retail location to achieve business objectives. This role is accountable for meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets while serving as the brand ambassador and maintaining our standards of excellence in customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, employee development, operational compliance, inventory management, and asset protection. This position requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong business acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The Store Manager will exercise creative problem-solving and independent judgment to drive impactful business results while ensuring operations align with company interests and maximize potential.
