Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote, but candidates must be located in NC, CA, NY, FL

Working Model: Full time permanent

Industry: Ecommerce / Retail UX

Salary: $115,000–130,000 — Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JPSearch.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end ecommerce experience design (browse ? PDP ? checkout ? post-purchase)
Conduct user research, testing, A/B experiments, and heatmap analysis
Create design systems and reusable components
Optimize conversion using best-in-class retail UX patterns
Partner closely with merchandising, marketing, engineering, and analytics
Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and brand consistency
Build modern, elegant UI with strong visual storytelling and thoughtful interaction design

Requirements:

5+ years in UI/UX/Product Design
Ecommerce or retail design experience (non-negotiable) Portfolio must show examples of cart, PDPs, checkout process for a consumer packaged good
Strong portfolio with full case studies
Figma mastery
Experience designing responsive and mobile-first experiences
Strong research and usability testing exposure
Proven conversion-driven design (AOV, CVR, cart abandonment)
Great communicator, able to present design decisions to leadership
Can work cross-functionally with high attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
Empathetic, user-centered thinker
Bonus: Experience with Shopify/Magento/SFCC, motion/animation/micro-interactions, familiarity with HTML/CSS, experience building/evolving design systems
