Location: Hybrid (NY/NJ – 1 day in office in Ridgefield NJ)
Comp: $130K–$145K + bonus

Overview
Our client is a fast-growing, multi-channel beauty company operating across retail, DTC, and professional channels, with strong momentum across major retail partners and e-commerce. You must have experience working with Ulta and / or Sephora. Our client is currently in select Ulta doors and scaling.
They are seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to own and execute 360° go-to-market strategies and integrated campaigns. This role sits at the center of brand, product, retail, and digital, driving how products launch and come to life across all consumer touchpoints. The position requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial marketer who can operate strategically while managing execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product launches across retail, DTC, and multi-channel distribution
- Develop integrated marketing plans, messaging, and campaign strategy
- Drive execution across creative, social, e-commerce, retail, and external partners
- Manage retail marketing for key accounts (e.g., promotions, merchandising, launches, sell-in materials)
- Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable brand strategy
- Track performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns post-launch
- Serve as the cross-functional lead ensuring alignment across internal teams and timelines
Profile
- 6–9+ years in brand marketing within beauty, skincare, or CPG
- Proven experience leading 360° product launches and integrated campaigns
- Strong understanding of retail and omnichannel execution
- Data-driven with ability to connect insights to performance outcomes
- Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
