Salary: $75,000-$110,000

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sourcing strategies across overseas vendor bases to ensure quality, capacity, and on-time delivery.
- Partner closely with overseas offices and factories to build strong, collaborative relationships.
- Travel internationally to maintain vendor partnerships and oversee factory capabilities.
- Work cross-functionally with capacity planning teams to strategically allocate orders.
- Lead garment cost engineering efforts to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
- Calculate and analyze FOB, duties, tariffs, landed cost (LDP), and margin targets (MU).
- Reverse engineer costing to achieve target FOBs aligned with financial goals.
- Support negotiations with overseas vendors in partnership with senior leadership.
- Prepare and share pricing projections for domestic and international customers.
- Collaborate with Product Approval and Technical teams to ensure product integrity and timely approvals.
- Identify and resolve quality, compliance, and testing issues proactively.
- Align on seasonal priorities and ensure key styles move through development and production seamlessly.
- Support understanding and execution of testing and inspection processes, including club requirements where applicable.
- Partner with Design to cost new developments within approved vendor matrices.
- Align with Demand Planning to finalize order quantities and placement timing.
- Work closely with production teams to resolve timing or delivery challenges.
- Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects across sourcing operations.
- Manage and mentor direct reports, providing clear direction and accountability.
- Recruit, train, and develop sourcing team members.
- Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment.
- Ensure deadlines are met while balancing multiple priorities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in apparel sourcing, supply chain, or production management.
- Strong background in garment cost engineering and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated experience calculating duties, tariffs, LDP, MU, and target FOB.
- Experience managing at least one direct report.
- Proven ability to work with overseas factories and international partners.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with high-volume or club business preferred (not required).
- Background in contemporary, commercial, or mass apparel preferred; luxury-only experience will not translate to this environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred.
