Title: Senior Manager, Ecommerce & Digital Marketing

Responsibilities:
- Support the global digital commercialization strategy under senior leadership direction.
- Develop and maintain digital toolkits, governance documentation, and best practices to support partner deployment and scalability.
- Execute digital transformation initiatives to increase ecommerce penetration, strengthen omnichannel integration, and maximize ROI.
- Identify and leverage growth opportunities across customer acquisition, retention, conversion, and lifetime value.
- Manage and monitor digital performance KPIs across key partner markets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with territorial marketing teams to execute integrated performance marketing strategies and drive measurable results.
- Maintain forecasting models, traffic and revenue targets, ROI benchmarks, and performance scorecards to support business planning.
- Drive data-led decision-making and provide strategic recommendations to help partners achieve performance targets.
- Support the development and execution of integrated 360° marketing campaigns aligned with global brand strategies.
- Optimize media architecture, channel mix, budget allocation, and campaign performance across digital channels.
- Ensure excellence in the execution of paid media, SEO/GEO, CRM, social media, and ecommerce content initiatives.
- Partner with content teams to deliver best-in-class, digital-first assets that enhance customer engagement and conversion.
- Serve as a primary digital point of contact for strategic partners and franchise markets.
- Support franchise digital commercialization compliance and oversee marketing investment execution.
- Coordinate closely with Ecommerce Managers across partner markets to align digital strategies and priorities.
- Contribute to capability-building initiatives through the development of training materials, digital playbooks, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Account Management, Sales, and Operations teams to align digital priorities and initiatives.
- Support UX optimization projects and coordinate pilot programs aimed at improving customer experience and business performance.
- Contribute to e-merchandising and content strategies that enhance ecommerce effectiveness and sales performance.
- Monitor emerging technologies, digital trends, and media opportunities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Support experimentation and innovation initiatives, including A/B testing, personalization, automation, and evaluation of new platforms.
- Drive customer-centric digital experience improvements across the entire customer journey and conversion funnel.
- Mentor and support the development of junior team members and partner teams to strengthen digital capabilities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, agility, collaboration, and continuous innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience with strong digital and ecommerce focus.
- 2–3 years in a people management or team lead role.
- Retail and/or franchise network experience an asset.
- Demonstrated track record of contributing to digital revenue growth.
- Solid expertise in performance marketing, media strategy, CRM, SEO/GEO and ecommerce optimization.
- Strong analytical capability; proficiency in Google Analytics, ad platforms and attribution modeling.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms; Shopify experience a strong asset.
- Experience with email marketing software and CRM automation tools; Klaviyo experience a strong asset.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools; Looker experience a strong asset.
- Experience managing marketing budgets with ROI accountability.
- Strong communication skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders and international partners.
