Salary: $45,000-$58,000 plus commission

Responsibilities:
- Support the management team in achieving store sales goals and delivering exceptional service.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating strong clienteling practices, personalized styling, and a high level of brand knowledge.
- Assist with training, motivating, and coaching associates to meet performance standards.
- Provide floor supervision, ensuring service excellence, workflow efficiency, and adherence to brand expectations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through outreach, follow-ups, and personalized communication.
- Support visual merchandising execution and uphold brand presentation standards.
- Assist with operational tasks such as opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Contribute to a positive store culture through teamwork, communication, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in advanced contemporary or specialty apparel.
- Strong clienteling experience with a proven ability to build repeat business and deepen customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to lead by example and support the team in achieving sales and service goals.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with fast-paced retail environments.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
