Title: Sales Strategy and Merchandise Associate

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to support all aspects of the wholesale process, including market preparation, showroom management, and account support
- Assist in developing and executing account-level sales strategies to achieve financial targets and drive revenue growth
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution across accounts
- Prepare selling materials, reports, and recaps to support business reviews
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and whitespace opportunities
- Perform regular store visits and market analysis to assess product performance and uncover new opportunities
- Translate consumer, market, and sales insights into recommendations that influence product assortments and pricing strategies
- Work closely with Sales, Merchandising, and Design teams to ensure product assortments meet regional and account-specific needs
- Support the development of seasonal assortments and partner on identifying new product opportunities
- Contribute to internal presentations outlining retail opportunities, assortment strategies, and performance insights
- Coordinate seasonal market preparation, including sample management and toolkit development
- Support showroom setup and ensure all samples and materials are prepared for buyer meetings
- Manage sample tracking, organization, and logistics, including packing/unpacking for trade shows and offsite appointments
- Assist in assortment merchandising and line planning activities
- Prepare international and domestic assortment reviews for leadership
- Lead or support special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
- 2+ years of wholesale experience (apparel or related industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of retail math, merchandising, and product lifecycle
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with retail systems or PLM tools is a plus
