Title: Sales Manager

Location: Northeastern New Jersey
Salary: $100-130K + quarterly bonuses and excellent benefits

Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development by actively prospecting and securing new clients
- Manage and grow an existing book of business, identifying opportunities for expansion
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (R&D, operations, marketing) to deliver client solutions
- Develop strategic, customized proposals for contract manufacturing and packaging needs
Requirements:
- Background in contract manufacturing and/or packaging required
- Proven ability to be creative, strategic, and solution-oriented in a sales environment
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to work across internal teams
- Energetic, positive, and adaptable with a strong work ethic and client-first mindset
