Salary: $50,000-$65,000 base plus commission

- Drive elevated client experiences and consistently exceed sales targets through refined styling, strategic client development, and nurturing a loyal client base.
- Create meaningful, on-brand touchpoints across all areas of the boutique by initiating personalized, confident, and informed interactions.
- Champion a collaborative and inspiring environment, fostering trust and synergy with fellow team members, leadership, and clientele.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in luxury retail or digital sales, with a strong foundation in high-touch client service
- Proven ability to drive repeat business.
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of digital POS systems, mobile selling tools, and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey brand voice and maintain thoughtful client correspondence.
- Agile and composed in a fast-paced, ever-evolving retail landscape.
