Sea New York is seeking a Sales Associate to join our growing retail team in SoHo. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a contemporary luxury fashion brand as we prepare for the opening of our new store location.
We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and reliable, with the ability to balance selling on the floor with back-of-house responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience and build lasting client relationships
- Provide styling assistance and knowledgeable product recommendations
- Support individual and store sales goals
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, including receiving and replenishing inventory
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily store operations
- Support a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail
- Strong customer service and selling skills
- Comfortable working both on the sales floor and in the stockroom
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Salary: $50,000-$58,000
