Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both visitors and local shoppers
- Assist customers in finding meaningful gifts, keepsakes, and specialty products
- Maintain an inviting, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Support merchandising, replenishment, and inventory management
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store culture
- Assist with opening, closing, and general daily store operations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and mobile technology
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, engaging, and confident communicator
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
- Dependable, flexible, and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Comfortable using technology, including POS systems, tablets, and mobile devices
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary-$40,000-$48,000
