Production Manager

Title: Production Manager

Location: London 

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 

A great opportunity for an experienced Production Manager  has arisen to join a fantastic team working closely with the Creative Director. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process to the highest quality, serving as the key link between the design, product development, fabric sourcing, and manufacturing teams. 

Responsibilities:  

• Production Planning and Management – Manage seasonal critical paths, schedules, and timelines.  

• Fabric and Trim Procurement – Work closely with design teams to source, order, and track materials.  

• Factory and Vendor Management – Build relationships, manage sampling, and monitor quality control.  

• Sampling and Development Support – Ensure design accuracy and track sample statuses.  

• Quality Control and Compliance – Implement QC procedures and support fit sessions. 

 • Budget and Cost Management – Monitor costs, negotiate with vendors, and track fabric usage.  

• Reporting and Communication – Maintain records, update stakeholders 

Requirements:  

 • Strong organisational and time management skills.  

• Critical path calendar management expertise.  

• Effective negotiation and communication skills.  

• Problem-solving under pressure and familiarity with production tools such as Excel and PLM. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Production, Fashion Management, or related field. 

• 5+ years’ experience in production management within luxury or premium brands.
