Title: Production Associate, Apparel

Location: NYC – On-site, 5 days/week
Salary range: $80,000 – $90,000
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JPSearch.
Responsibilities:
- Manage production from PO through shipment for assigned styles
- Maintain production calendars and track key milestones
- Own WIP reporting and factory follow-up
- Coordinate sample submissions, approvals, and resubmissions
- Communicate daily with factories on production status and timelines
- Identify and resolve production issues and delays
- Partner cross-functionally with Design, Tech Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, Compliance, and Logistics
- Escalate risks and provide status updates as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of apparel wholesale production experience
- Strong understanding of the production lifecycle
- Experience managing WIP reports and factory communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills; PLM experience a plus
