Title: Product Marketing Manager, Fragrance

Salary: $110,000 – $120,000

Responsibilities

  • Lead global fragrance launch strategy, including positioning, concepts, COGs, copy, and pricing.
  • Drive portfolio strategy and innovation, identifying white-space opportunities.
  • Partner with Product Development on concepts, testing, claims, and technology storytelling.
  • Own promotional strategy and reanimation plans.
  • Ensure seamless, on-time launches through cross-functional coordination.
  • Collaborate with Creative and agencies on packaging, campaigns, and assets.
  • Maintain product information and manage all marketing asset needs.
  • Support global launch execution across channels with key cross-functional teams.
  • Manage marketing calendars and align programs to market needs.
  • Oversee packaging and promotional artwork through final mechanicals.
  • Track creative asset development for launches and seasonal initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and competitive analysis.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for internal and external meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of fragrance marketing experience, ideally luxury/premium.
  • Strong beauty industry knowledge.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in project management.
