Title: Planning Manager

Location: NYC, New York (in-office 3x a week)
Responsibilities:

Inventory Planning & Forecasting
- Lead inventory planning, including demand forecasting, order planning, and supply coordination across sales channels (eCommerce, Wholesale, Specialty, Marketplace, etc.).
- Develop and manage forecasting models using historical data, market trends, and seasonality.
- Monitor inventory turnover and aging to maintain an efficient supply chain.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to integrate demand signals and promotional activities into inventory plans.
- Assess risks and create contingency plans for potential supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure inventory levels support demand while minimizing stockouts or excess inventory.

Strategic Planning & Business Modeling
- Work with leadership to model new business opportunities (e.g., product launches, channel expansions) and forecast inventory needs.
- Create business cases for new inventory strategies, assessing financial and operational impact.
- Contribute to growth strategies with data-driven insights on scaling inventory and improving supply chain efficiency.

Inventory Management & Reporting
- Oversee purchase order management and ensure timely communication of receipts and billing.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and expenses, providing regular reports to leadership.

Salary: $95,000-$105,000
