Responsibilities
- Own OTB and inventory to hit financial targets
- Maintain forecasts and adjust based on performance
- Analyze sales/inventory to identify risks and drive actions
- Build seasonal and in-season plans (SKU/category level)
- Partner with merchandising on flow, allocation, and lifecycle
- Recommend markdowns, cancellations, and exit strategies
Requirements
- 2–4+ years in planning/buying (footwear a plus)
- Strong OTB ownership experience
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Strong retail math + forecasting skills
- Analytical, organized, and able to move quickly
- Strong communicator across teams
