Title: Manager, Global Digital Content and Commerce Strategy – Beauty

Responsibilities:
- Develop global digital content and campaign strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon, DTC, and retailer platforms.
- Create content frameworks, activation playbooks, and toolkits for regional market execution.
- Drive discoverability through SEO, AI search, social algorithms, and Amazon search best practices.
- Partner with creative, brand, media, CRM, commercial, and regional teams to align content strategies.
- Support e-commerce content initiatives, including PDPs, A+ content, and conversion-focused storytelling.
- Monitor platform trends, performance insights, and emerging digital commerce opportunities.
- Serve as a strategic resource for markets lacking dedicated social commerce or e-commerce capabilities.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or creative strategy, ideally within beauty or consumer brands.
- Strong expertise across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon, DTC, and e-commerce ecosystems.
- Knowledge of SEO, AI search, Amazon search, PDP optimization, and digital discoverability.
- Experience working with global or multi-market organizations preferred.
- Strong commercial mindset with understanding of digital traffic, engagement, and conversion drivers.
- Data-driven, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear creative direction.
