Title: Luxury Sales Associate

Location: Wilmette, Illinois
Salary: $45,000-$55,000 plus commissions

Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized luxury shopping experience to all clients.
- Develop, maintain, and grow a strong client book through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up, styling appointments, and clienteling initiatives.
- Drive sales performance by identifying client needs and providing tailored wardrobe recommendations.
- Utilize CRM and clienteling tools to track customer preferences, purchases, and engagement opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals, KPI targets, and productivity metrics.
- Participate in local networking events and community outreach initiatives to attract new clientele.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current collections, product offerings, fashion trends, and competitors.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects luxury brand expectations.
- Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and boutique operations as needed.
- Handle client concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of luxury retail sales experience within apparel, accessories, fine jewelry, watches, or other luxury goods environments.
- Proven success in luxury clienteling and relationship-driven selling.
- Established transferable client book with the ability to drive business through existing client relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong styling skills and understanding of luxury fashion and current trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience utilizing CRM systems and clienteling tools.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience working with high-net-worth and luxury clientele.
- Existing connections within the North Shore, Wilmette, Winnetka, Glencoe, Highland Park, or surrounding communities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail experience.
