We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Junior Account Executive to support our growing TJX business across multiple brands. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that sits at the center of sales execution—partnering closely with internal teams and TJX stakeholders to ensure accuracy, speed, and flawless follow-through. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys managing moving parts, and is excited about long-term growth within wholesale fashion sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Support all day-to-day facets of the TJX business across multiple brands.
• Serve as a key point of coordination with the TJX buying team, managing communications, follow-ups, and action items.
• Manage purchase order (PO) maintenance, tracking, revisions, and escalations.
• Process sales orders and customer requests accurately and efficiently.
• Partner cross-functionally with Production, Logistics, Planning, and Global Costing to ensure delivery timelines, costing accuracy, and quality standards are met.
• Oversee all TOP samples, including inbound/outbound tracking, distribution, and organization.
• Capture and distribute meeting notes and action items from internal and external meetings.
• Coordinate costing updates with the Global Office, ensuring accurate and timely pricing inputs for TJX.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to a high-performing sales team as needed.

Technology & Systems
• Experience with A2000 ERP strongly preferred for order management, costing, and internal workflows.
• Advanced Excel skills required, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting templates.

Education & Experience
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in wholesale apparel, off-price retail, or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required).
• Working knowledge of apparel merchandising, retail math, and sales analytics is a plus.
