Title: Digital Trade Marketing Senior Manager, Beauty

Location: New York City
Salary: $125,000 – 130,000

Responsibilities
- Lead digital trade marketing across DTC, TikTok Shop, and Amazon to drive awareness, traffic, and sales.
- Optimize channel programs and ensure retailer assets reflect brand standards.
- Manage creative development, campaigns, and digital calendars across channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and affiliates on launches, promotions, and activations.
- Support CRM, event marketing, in-store programs, and budget tracking.
- Monitor performance, benchmark, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years marketing experience; 2+ years in e-commerce/DTC.
- Experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, and/or DTC; beauty/Gen Z brands preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel (<20%).
