About the Role 
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will create exceptional in-store experiences by offering personalised fragrance consultations, supporting daily store operations, and contributing to a warm and welcoming environment for every customer. 

Location London 

Salary £33,000 – £35,000 plus commission and bonus  

Responsibilities 

  • Engage with customers and provide personalised fragrance consultations. 

  • Create a welcoming, attentive, and memorable shopping experience. 

  • Proactively assist customers and recommend products to achieve individual sales goals. 

  • Address basic customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to management. 

  • Assist with sales transactions and accurately record customer details when required 

  • Ensure the store is clean, organised, and visually appealing. 

  • Restock shelves and support visual merchandising execution. 

  • Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and communicate low inventory needs to management. 

  • Follow all company guidelines for sales, service, and operational processes. 

  • Successfully execute store initiatives and company programmes. 

  • Provide clear and timely feedback to the Store Manager regarding customer preferences, product demand, and overall store needs. 

  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members by sharing product knowledge and best practices. 

  • Participate in in-store events by assisting with setup, engaging with customers, and promoting products. 

  • Align with and actively contribute to the company’s culture and standards. 

Requirements
