Title: Assistant Manager

Location: New York, New York
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 plus commissions

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an elevated client experience aligned with luxury service standards
• Drive individual and team sales goals through expert product knowledge and storytelling
• Conduct made-to-measure fittings with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain and grow a robust book of high-net-worth clients through personalized outreach and exceptional follow-up
• Mentor and support junior team members; lead by example in client interactions and selling floor execution
• Assist in opening/closing duties, visual merchandising standards, and operational needs
• Stay informed on seasonal collections, product knowledge, and brand history
• Represent the brand with sophistication, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales and leadership experience in luxury retail
• Strong tailoring or made-to-measure background is required
• Demonstrated success in menswear apparel sales with an existing client book
• Polished communication skills and an understanding of high-touch service
• Ability to lead and inspire others while driving results
• Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required)
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and events
