Role: Supervisor
Company: Luxury Men’s Brand
Location: South Coast Plaza
Hourly Rate: $33-$35/hr plus commission and quarterly bonus

· Assist with supervising and developing the store’s activity and performance under the guidance of store management by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of the business.
· Monitor weekly and monthly KPIs for store sales and staff performance as well as CRM KPIs.
· Maximize potential across all product categories offered in-store by leveraging all available resources (VM, training, CRM, events…) and promoting synergies between categories.
· Work in partnership with the US headquarters teams and Store Manager to identify key opportunities and best practices for the store.
Passionate about Luxury and Retail.
· Brand Ambassador
· Solid knowledge of products, trends, and sales techniques.
· Extensive experience in sales within the fashion and luxury goods sector.
· Leadership skills with an ability to work as a team in a cross-functional manner.
