Abby Phelan helps her clients find the Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Production talent they need to grow. As a Talent Acquisition Manager at JPSearch, she focuses on connecting exceptional professionals with opportunities across industrial/manufacturing, software, and CPG organizations. She is known for finding a needle in a haystack and her team turns to her for tough to place searches. Whether supporting a client needing a VP-level leader, or a candidate exploring their next career move, Abby takes a consultative approach- sharing industry knowledge and personal perspective to help build lasting relationships.
Before joining JPSearch, Abby built experience across recruiting, business development, and technology sales, which gives her a strong understanding of what drives success on both sides of the hiring process. After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder where she played lacrosse and studied International Affairs, she also spent time living and teaching English in Spain, which helped foster her love of travel, culture, and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
When she is not working, Abby loves to travel, cook, stay active, and spend time with family and friends. Her curiosity, competitive edge, and passion for building meaningful relationships carry through both her personal and professional life.
