Title: Studio Sales Director

Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of center sales performance and profitability.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals through effective sales leadership and coaching.
- Drive key business metrics
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities and execute action plans.
- Create a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales-focused team.
- Coach team members on consultative selling, customer engagement, and service excellence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
- Foster a positive, energetic, and customer-centric culture.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels and succession planning.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience that drives repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Build strong relationships with guests and resolve escalated customer concerns professionally.
- Implement strategies to increase retention, referrals, and repeat visits.
- Champion a hospitality-focused approach that elevates the brand experience.
- Develop and execute grassroots marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Establish partnerships with local businesses, fitness studios, wellness providers, schools, and community organizations.
- Attend networking events, community events, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on localized campaigns and promotional events.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor budgets, payroll, inventory, and expense controls.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming center environment.
- Utilize business data to make informed decisions and improve performance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or a customer-facing sales environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience with one employer demonstrating career stability and longevity.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals and business metrics.
- Experience managing KPIs such as conversion, retention, average transaction value, and sales growth.
- Strong coaching and team development skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience within the beauty, wellness, aesthetics, fitness, or personal care industries.
- Experience developing local partnerships and executing grassroots marketing campaigns.
- Background recruiting and developing talent from beauty schools, cosmetology programs, or customer service-focused industries.
- Multi-unit or high-volume retail management experience.
