Salary: $53,000-$80,000

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing store team
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven culture
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Lead by example to inspire strong selling behaviors and accountability
- Achieve or exceed store sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities and drive growth
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and expense management to ensure efficiency
- Drive key metrics including conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction
- Deliver a welcoming, service-driven environment for all customers
- Build strong client relationships through personalized styling and engagement
- Ensure consistent execution of brand service standards
- Address customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash management
- Ensure accurate inventory management and loss prevention practices
- Execute visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s aesthetic
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling store environment
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing company values and style
- Maintain strong knowledge of product, trends, and competitive landscape
- Support local marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of retail management or leadership experience
- Experience in apparel retail preferred (classic contemporary or lifestyle brands a plus)
- Proven track record of driving sales and managing store operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze business performance and implement action plans
- Passion for customer service and styling
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
