Title: General Manager

Location: Elmont, New York
Salary: $70,000-$75,000 plus bonus

Responsibilities:
- Own and drive overall store performance, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs (conversion, UPT, AOV).
- Develop and execute strategic action plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor business trends and adapt strategies to meet the needs of a dynamic retail environment.
- Manage store expenses, payroll, and inventory to optimize operational efficiency.
- Deliver a best-in-class, elevated client experience reflective of a premium timepiece brand.
- Build and maintain relationships with loyal, high-value clients and collectors.
- Lead by example on the sales floor through exceptional storytelling and product knowledge.
- Ensure all brand standards are consistently executed, including service, presentation, and client engagement.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Create a motivating and results-driven environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Oversee all daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and in-store presentation aligned with brand guidelines.
- Partner with corporate teams on initiatives, product launches, and operational improvements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of retail leadership experience (required), preferably within premium, luxury, or specialty retail.
- Must be a current Store Manager or Multi-Unit Manager.
- Proven track record of delivering strong sales performance and operational excellence.
- Strong clienteling experience with the ability to engage discerning clientele.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and drive decisions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Experience in timepieces, jewelry, or luxury accessories.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and client outreach strategies.
- Passion for craftsmanship, heritage brands, and technical product knowledge.
