Salary: $90,000-$110,000

Responsibilities:
- Drive store sales and profitability, consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs (sales, conversion, UPT, AOV).
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategic action plans to optimize results.
- Manage payroll, expenses, and inventory to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
- Champion clienteling initiatives to grow a loyal, high-value customer base.
- Deliver a best-in-class luxury experience aligned with brand standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the team communicates brand heritage, product knowledge, and styling expertise.
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier clients and VIPs.
- Lead in-store events and activations to elevate brand presence within the Madison Avenue market.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and entrepreneurial team culture.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating excellence in selling and client engagement.
- Ensure operational excellence across opening/closing, cash management, inventory control, and compliance standards.
- Oversee visual merchandising execution to maintain impeccable store presentation aligned with luxury guidelines.
- Partner with corporate teams on product assortments, merchandising strategies, and store initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of store management experience within advanced contemporary or luxury retail (required).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong clienteling skills with experience managing high-net-worth clientele.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the NYC luxury retail market, preferably Madison Avenue.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze and react to retail KPIs.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury service standards.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on leadership approach.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to inspire teams.
- Experience with CRM tools and client outreach strategies.
