Location: Burlington, Massachusetts
Salary: $41,000-$72,000 plus commission

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team consistently delivers an elevated, personalized customer experience reflective of a premium brand
- Proactively engage customers, identify needs, and provide thoughtful product recommendations
- Support and guide sales associates during complex customer interactions and peak traffic periods
- Lead by example with strong selling behaviors, service standards, and professionalism
- Coach, train, and mentor associates to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and service execution
- Partner with store leadership to reinforce core processes, certifications, and best practices
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high?performance team culture
- Serve as an alternate key holder, opening and closing the store when needed
- Support accurate execution of store procedures, cash handling, and point?of?sale transactions
- Assist in maintaining visual standards and ensuring product readiness
- Perform custom eyewear fittings and ensure accurate placement of prescriptions in lenses
- Inspect finished eyewear to confirm it meets quality standards and customer expectations
- Support safe operation, basic maintenance, and cleanliness of lab tools and equipment
- Promote and demonstrate safe work practices at all times
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a luxury, hospitality, or service?driven retail environment
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Proven ability to build rapport, resolve issues, and influence purchase decisions
- Solid leadership or peer?training experience
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with registers, computers, and calculators
- Problem?solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Optical or lab experience, including fitting, adjusting, edging, or mounting
- Basic knowledge of optics, measurements, or optical theory
- Experience with optical machinery or precision tools
- Relevant state licensure and/or professional optical certification (where applicable)
- Demonstrated experience in premium or white?glove service environments
