Location: Moonachie, NJ 07074, work 5 days in office when not traveling

Responsibilities:
Strategically lead growth and innovation within our beauty and personal care manufacturing operations.

This hybrid role combines hands-on product development and sales. You must be able to travel 5 + % of the time to close deals and go to clients as needed. IT IS ALSO SUPER IMPORTANT THAT YOU CAN CLOSE DEALS AND ANSWER PD / RD QUESTIONS BY YOURSELF.

Requirements:

Must have RD/PD and Skincare experience and Must be able to open new business and support new projects

Salary: 100-130K + bonus/benefits
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JPS
