Salary: £43,000 + Bonus

Position Overview:

We’re excited to be opening a brand new store at the Trafford Centre in Manchester and are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Store Manager to lead this exciting launch. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing premium retail brand and take full ownership of a new location, backed by the support of an international organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all store operations from the ground up

  • Deliver an outstanding in-store customer experience by leading from the front

  • Drive sales and profitability in line with targets

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team

  • Mentor and develop team members to achieve their potential

  • Ensure exceptional standards in food safety, health & safety, and visual merchandising

  • Manage inventory, place seasonal and weekly orders, and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO)

  • Create effective staff rotas to balance customer service and cost-efficiency

  • Maintain impeccable store presentation in line with brand guidelines

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a premium or luxury retail store

  • Hands-on leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Strong knowledge of key retail KPIs (e.g. conversion rate, average transaction value)

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively

  • Confident in prioritising and delegating tasks

  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required

  • Proficient in MS Office and retail POS systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Passion for fine food and customer service excellence
