Responsibilities: ? Communicate and track daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPI goals ? Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales objectives in a manner that aligns with the brand and local initiatives ? Hold team members accountable for productivity expectations and performance standards ? Hit due date targets for all weekly, monthly and quarterly store manager responsibilities as outlined by corporate Customer Experience & Service Excellence ? Champion superior customer service as the top priority across all interactions ? Address customer concerns promptly and in accordance with company policies ? Maintain brand standards and ensure exceptional shopping experiences ? Champion CRM tools and communicate clear expectations and goals Team Leadership & Development ? Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new team members ? Manage succession planning and identify high-potential employees for development ? Foster a culture of recognition and excellence within the store ? Monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and identify training opportunities ? Communicate company directives, policies, and procedures clearly and effectively ? Create a respectful and collaborative working environment for all staff members
Salary: $90-$95k plus bonus-Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JPSearch.
