Title: Store Manager

Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Salary: $75,000-$85,000

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and inclusivity.
• Conduct ongoing training and development, with a focus on product knowledge, styling, and service excellence.
• Set the standard for clienteling and customer engagement on the floor.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and build a local community.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify business opportunities and action plans.
• Ensure consistent adherence to brand visual standards and store presentation.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment for clients and team members.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's values, voice, and aesthetic.
• Partner with HQ and cross-functional teams to support new launches, events, and initiatives.
• Identify and support local marketing and community engagement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a contemporary or luxury apparel environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales through client relationships and team performance.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office Suite.
