Supply Chain Planning / Inventory Management

• Manage replenishment supply planning to support business requirements.

• Communicate with suppliers regarding required delivery timing/order quantities for inventory replenishment.

• Manage a 15-month rolling forecast for use in financial, production, and strategic planning processes.

• Monitor performance vs. the estimates throughout the month, identifying any key shifts or trends.

• Prepare written analyses, documentation, reports, or other data – weekly, monthly,

• quarterly.

• Manage inventory allocations to various Scent Beauty warehouse locations

• Manage and execute inventory transfers between Scent Beauty warehouse locations.

• Manage the product catalogue, including the product life cycle.

Sales Order Processing

• Receive sales orders from various retailers and distributors

• Communicate requirements for processing orders to warehouse partners (RJW, MSL, MF, GLX) to meet required MABD’s.

• Work closely with the Commercial team to cut quantities from orders if inventory limitations require

• Work with the Accounting team to provide data for invoice verification.

Shipping Logistics

• Manage trucking between suppliers and warehouses.

• Manage the creation and communication of required paperwork to ship international orders.

• Direct inventory shipments to new EU/UK warehouses from suppliers and from Scent Beauty US warehouses.
