Salary: $90,000-$110,000

Responsibilities:
- Lead from the front to inspire and manage a high-performing team in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop, coach, and hold your team accountable by setting clear expectations and providing regular, actionable feedback.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a seamless showroom experience.
- Proactively drive showroom sales and business growth beyond the four walls by thinking strategically about outreach, events, partnerships, and new revenue opportunities.
- Conduct daily team huddles to communicate updates on product changes, pricing, sales goals, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and publish showroom schedules at least three months in advance, factoring in high-performing staff during key periods.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and marketing to ensure showroom presentation and collateral align with brand standards.
- Keep ahead of industry trends and competitors to continuously innovate the customer experience and inform strategic decisions.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and motivated team culture rooted in performance, learning, and design excellence.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a premium retail environment, preferably in luxury furniture, interior design, or high-end lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrated ability to scale and grow a business, not just maintain it — with clear examples of growth in previous roles.
- A confident, dynamic, and organized leader who can balance sales goals with operational excellence.
- Proven ability to motivate and mentor a team, set and uphold high standards, and cultivate a strong team culture.
- Highly customer-focused, with a natural ability to engage and build long-lasting relationships.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Comfortable with showroom operations, sales analytics, scheduling, training, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience or a strong interest in design, textiles, or interiors is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail systems; tech-savvy with an eye for process improvement.
