Salary: $125,000 – $150,000

Responsibilities

Lead U.S. product marketing strategy across skincare and lip categories, partnering with global teams on pipeline planning and innovation.

Identify global products for U.S. launch and manage distribution logistics.

Localize global positioning into compelling, consumer-driven campaigns and product stories.

Guide copy, claims, and creative assets across D2C, retail, and Amazon channels.

Oversee forecasting, sampling, and product data management in partnership with Sales, Planning, and HQ.

Analyze market trends and product performance to inform strategy and future launches.

Serve as the U.S. market expert, ensuring alignment with consumer insights and category trends.
Requirements

5–8+ years in product marketing or development in beauty.

Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills.

Proficient in Excel; experience with SAP preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
