Title: Senior Client Advisor

Location: Miami, Florida
Salary: $62,000-$72,000 plus commission

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a personalized, high-touch luxury client experience tailored to each customer
• Build, manage, and grow a loyal client book through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and clienteling initiatives
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while supporting overall boutique performance
• Serve as a product expert across luxury menswear categories, including ready-to-wear, tailoring, and accessories
• Provide styling advice and wardrobe-building solutions aligned with client needs and lifestyle
• Maintain accurate client profiles and sales activity within CRM systems
• Support visual merchandising standards and uphold brand presentation at all times
• Act as a mentor and role model on the sales floor, supporting team culture and service standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience, preferably within menswear
• Proven clienteling experience with a strong track record of relationship-driven sales
• Experience working with CRM and client management tools
• Strong understanding of luxury menswear, tailoring, and fit
• Polished, professional presence with excellent communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to consistently perform in a goal-oriented environment
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to lead by example
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
