Quality Assurance Analyst

Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: San Jose, CA

Working Model: Onsite (4 days/week, 1 flexible WFH day)

Salary: $22–33/hour — Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JPSearch.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure global product quality and fulfillment accuracy across all warehouses and manufacturing partners
• Establish and maintain QA standards, conduct audits (virtual and onsite)
• Oversee fulfillment operations and validate peak period readiness
• Analyze returns, defects, and customer feedback to proactively identify quality risks
• Partner with production and customer experience teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for quality benchmarks, fulfillment accuracy, and customer experience metrics

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance in e-commerce or apparel
• Experience working with international teams, vendors, or multi-country operations
• Strong understanding of apparel quality standards, sizing, and construction
• Proven ability to quickly learn internal and external tools, including WMS and ERP platforms
• Highly analytical, able to translate data and customer feedback into actionable operational improvements
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
