Salary: $100,000 – $150,000

Responsibilities:
- Lead paid digital marketing across Meta, Google, affiliates, and emerging platforms to drive acquisition, revenue, and brand growth.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, managing budgets, KPIs, and performance insights.
- Collaborate with ecommerce, creative, and brand teams for aligned launches and promotions.
- Test new channels and targeting strategies to unlock scalable growth.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years’ in-house paid media experience for DTC ecommerce without agency support in beauty or luxury.
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including keyword strategy, bidding, ad testing, and geo-targeting.
- Agency management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify, and related tools.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and proactive.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
