Title: Payroll Analyst 
Company Description: Luxury Retail
Location: Long Island, NY (full time onsite)
Responsibilities: As our Payroll Analyst, you will manage HRIS processes and data integrity, establishing best practices that are scalable as our employee population grows. You will perform regular audits to assure information is integrated across multiple platforms, and partner with our European Center of Excellence on reporting and requests for data.    
 
What you will be doing

  • Processing payroll in ADP on a bi-weekly basis, for both salaried and hourly employee populations, in partnership with Central People Services; auditing pay data, and flagging and investigating discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files, both physical and electronic, ensuring data integrity and compliance; auditing employee data across multiple in-house and third-party platforms, including ADP, Success Factors, Voya and MetLife.
  • Supporting employee lifecycle activities, including new hire processes, performance management, distributing mandated notices, off-boarding processes and managing systems access requests. 
  • Assisting with employee benefits programs including, but not limited to LOA management, annual Open Enrollment, 401(k).
  • Helping to develop, communicate, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements. 
  • Generating HR reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing insights to management. 
  • Ensuring the organization adheres to all applicable labor laws and regulations. 
  • Assisting in or managing ad-hoc projects, as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience with payroll processing and audit; experience supporting implementation of an HRIS is a plus.
  • Computer literate with high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills, specifically establishing processes and collating information.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations is a plus.
  • Ability to both work as a team and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a flexible approach, and ability to work well with others across all levels of the business.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
  • Discretion to handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.
  • Demonstrated innovation and commitment to continuous improvement to raise the bar.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and federal holidays, as needed.
  • Fluency in English; any other language would be beneficial

Salary: $90,000-120,000*
*Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JPSearch
