Title: Operations Support Associate

Location: Beverly Hills, California
Salary: $55,000-$58,000

Responsibilities:

• Support all back-of-house operations including receiving, stock organization, and inventory control
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, transfers, replenishment, and stock audits
• Partner with the sales team to ensure timely product availability on the sales floor
• Support visual merchandising execution, including floor sets, product placement, and maintaining brand standards
• Assist with sales floor coverage as needed, providing elevated client service and brand support
• Ensure stockrooms and operational areas are organized, efficient, and aligned with company standards
• Process shipments, returns, repairs, and alterations in a timely and accurate manner
• Support loss prevention initiatives and operational compliance
• Collaborate with management to support store efficiency and overall performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of retail operations experience within the luxury sector
• Proven background in back-of-house, stock, and operational support
• Experience supporting visual merchandising initiatives
• Menswear or apparel experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to balance back-of-house responsibilities with sales floor presence
• Client-service mindset with a professional and polished demeanor
• Experience working with POS, inventory management systems, and operational tools
• Ability to lift, move, and organize merchandise as required
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
